We are currently seeking a new colleague to join our growing team, who will play a pivotal role as our first Customer Success Representative. As part of our Customer Success team, you will contribute to shaping how our customers perceive and benefit from our products and services. 

What Role Will We Trust You to Play in Our Team

As a member of the Customer Success team:

  • You’ll be instrumental in comprehending the needs of our customers and their clientele, steering our product and company direction to offer unparalleled value.
  • Your responsibilities will involve working with industrial data and combining data from various sources.
  • You will be responsible for data visualization that would meet our customer’s needs
  • You will be working closely with our customers in the pre deal and onboarding process 
  • You will play a vital role in assisting the customer in utilizing our product effectively, as well as championing our product within the organization.
  • You will actively seek, collect, structure, and record comprehensive customer feedback
  • You will work close with colleagues across various departments—including product development, business strategy, and engineering—to shape our products towards maximal value for our customers.
What experience are we looking for?


  • Bachelor degree or relevant experience from the fields of customer success, account management or similar.
  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • You are inherently curious, eager to embrace diverse challenges, especially when they demand learning new skills across various disciplines.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • You are skilled in posing strategically-sharp questions and deep listening.
  • You should possess a strong technical understanding and the ability to empathize with the needs of others.

Workplace: While this role is primarily office-based to optimize team collaboration, you have the flexibility to work remotely when it doesn’t affect productivity or teamwork.
